Cecilia’s accomplishments include increasing chapter membership and retention; expertise in virtual business management; renown as a communicator; directing a nationwide society relations program and establishing a component relations function for a major medical professional society; launching and managing a coalition for long-term healthcare organizations; developing a financial and governance structure for an arts organization; and revamping ACHCA operations within 12 months.
