Debby Rice

Debby Rice’s organizational skills, honed over years of managing successful fundraising campaigns, ensure that .orgSource projects run efficiently. Debby is an expert at segmenting markets, clearly communicating an organization’s mission, motivating individuals to act and achieving revenue goals. Debby has led successful fundraising initiatives for the Orthopaedic Research and Education Foundation, Volunteers of America of Illinois and the Parkways Foundation. Under her supervision, each organization grew revenue, volunteer commitment and impact.

Before joining .orgSource, Debby was employed by the American Association of Endodontists where she oversaw the activities of the Foundation for Endodontics. She was hired to initiate the foundation’s first fundraising effort to support endodontic research and education. Today, over $30 million is invested and another $3.2 million is pledged to this fund.

Debby has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
