Tom Schaaf is a visionary leader who is adept at helping associations recognize and leverage opportunities. Since the mid 2000’s, Tom has applied his broad IT background in support of associations, nonprofits, government organizations, and Fortune 500 companies. Over that time, he has developed a keen understanding of how to drive member satisfaction to increase revenue, value, and engagement. He is an accomplished executive and project manager, strategic planner, and technology consultant.
Tom’s IT expertise includes system evaluations, design, development, migration, and maintenance. He has provided netFORUM support for dozens of associations. Data cleaning, system setup and website development, and configuration as well as staff training are part of his extensive portfolio of IT accomplishments.
An experienced financial manager, Tom has also provided guidance to a variety of organizations. His responsibilities included tax accounting, preparation of financial statements, and oversight for accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from George Mason University.
