.orgSource has been helping associations improve operational efficiencies and create growth strategies for more than 15 years. Founded by our CEO, Sherry Budziak, .orgSource was formed to help associations advance their missions by being a partner in their success. In the early 90s, Sherry was involved in developing the first website for an association. She then founded a digital agency as a for-profit subsidiary for an association. This experience led to her being a sought-after expert in digital strategy and innovation for associations.

In 2005, Sherry started .orgSource to provide associations with leadership in the areas of technology and digital strategy. As the world became increasingly digital, .orgSource expanded and acquired AssociationCIO in 2010. Today, the .orgSource team includes business strategists, marketers and digital natives who have worked with associations, universities and Fortune 500 companies.

The .orgSource team doesn’t just rely on its years of experience. The team is constantly learning so they can bring the best ideas and strategies to associations. .orgSource conducted 1000’s of hours of interviews with association executives, association volunteer members and entrepreneurs servicing the industry. The knowledge shared helped association executives answer tomorrow’s questions today. This has led to .orgSource leadership authoring two books about how associations can position themselves for success.

We believe in the importance of laying the proper groundwork and asking the right questions before attempting to solve a problem, as emphasized in a popular statement that is usually attributed to Albert Einstein.
