Dawn Briskey helps clients grow their organizations by identifying tools and solutions to increase revenue, decrease expense, and eliminate manual processes. Dawn’s career history and volunteer work in the association and nonprofit space inform her approach as a consultant. Mission-oriented and customer focused, Dawn seeks out technologies and processes to improve the member experience and free staff to focus on the things that matter most.
While working at the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, ’s operational acumen supported significant change and sustained financial growth for both the Society and its related Foundation. She routinely turned visions into reality: creating the world’s largest collection of online, peer-reviewed hand surgery videos; overseeing the renovation of a new headquarters building; and building a high-performing staff culture that engendered trust with boards of directors and members. She has extensive experience in technology system selection and implementation, business process improvement, and fundraising. Her calm approach to every project inspires confidence with volunteers and staff alike.
